The HOPEFitness Foundation and Epic (Epilepsy Foundation) are once again teaming up to provide a FREE Fun and Interactive Fitness Demo & Nutrition Workshop on 4/30/16 (Nassau). Attendees will learn about Exercise, Nutrition & Epilepsy.  This event is FREE and Registration is required as space is limited.

HOPEFitness hosted a FREE Zumba Class Open House at HOPEFitness Suffolk on September 15th, 2015.  All levels & Ages were welcome to attend!  Healthy snacks & beverages were served.  A FUN time was had by ALL!

On Thursday March 26th, 2015 the Head Injury Association hosted its annual Brain Injury Awareness Forum in Hauppauge, NY.  An informative day was had by all.  Former heavyweight boxing contender Jerry Cooney, award winning singer Debbie Gibson and other former professional athletes and noted speakers were once again a part of this amazing event put together by Head Injury Assoc. CEO Liz Giordano!

The AHA (Asperger Syndrome and High Functioning Autism Assoc.) and The HOPEFitness Foundation are proud to announce a Teen Rec Night fundraiser on February 28th at 7pm at HOPEFitness Nassau.  ALL proceeds will benefit the AHA and Individuals with Autism and their families. On January 30th, 2015 The HOPEFitness Foundation was an exhibitor at the 2015 Job Expo at Farmingdale State College.  This amazing event was sponsored by FREE, YAI and ACLD.  Many qualified job candidates with different Abilities were in attendance with impressive resumes on hand. THANK YOU to FREE for inviting HOPEFitness to be a part of this event!  

 The HOPEFitness Foundation Partnered with FREE (Family Residences) on December 13th, 2014 at St. Josephs College in Patchogue, NY.  The FREE Players played a fun and exciting basketball games against the Harlem Wizards!  THANK YOU to Andrew Washington from FREE for putting on such an amazing event!
